Pae Kura

Ancient and historical sites around New Zealand can be found using the Pae Kura application. Credit to Heritage New Zealand and Maori Maps for the majority of locations being displayed in Pae Kura.

Pae Kura takes many of the well known Marae's around New Zealand and places them on a map so the end user can visually see the locations and a photo of the Marae.

Pae Kura is a project based application that was developed by a group of graduates in the Oranga Tangata kaupapa (program).

With the introduction of other important sites around New Zealand, Pae Kura also plots many of these locations on the maps as well.

Pae Kura is a living project and will continue to expand, with the intention to show additional sites and Maraes around New Zealand.
